Quietly Weaving the Cloth of Humanity

Kris Shaw
Havre, Montana, USA

“I was inspired by a box of markers that contained the ‘Colors of the World’ (or many of the colors that humans come in). The doves are working peacefully to weave humanity together into one cloth.

”If we would see the world through love instead of fear and anger, we could communicate so much easier, our needs and desires could be understood and we would understand others.

”Thank you so much for starting and continuing this project. It helps to know others all over the planet feel the same.

“I have been so blessed to be a part of the Global Art Project for Peace since the late 1990’s and look forward to creating new pieces every two years to be shared with others in our world.”
Kris Shaw

Kris exchanged her art with her Global Art Project for Peace partner in Bujumbura, Burundi.
